I just want to say that I am so happy that you are alive. I also want to let you know that you make a difference for every second that you are here. You may not realise it, but you contribute to life and everyone around you every day. You do it when you wake up, when you say ‘hello’ to someone, and even when you smile. You change people’s lives for the better. You have worth. I know, sometimes it’s hard to see, but I promise you it’s true.
